Language and script detection for multilingual corpora.
KLDP detects language and script for public content at ingest. Detection routes embedding models, moderation classifiers, and regional cold-start priors without requiring manual language tags on every post.
Node locale preferences may override or blend with detected language for feed priors. We do not use language detection on encrypted message bodies.

This charter publishes the contractual behavior, guarantees, and governance boundaries of the protocol. It does not publish anti-abuse scoring internals, exploit-sensitive thresholds, or operational topology details that materially improve adversarial optimization against the Network.
