1. Charter

KSRP ranks search results for Nodes, posts, hashtags, and topics. Search operates exclusively on public, policy-eligible corpus entries. Encrypted KSMP threads are out of scope by architectural boundary.

2. Retrieval Stack

Lexical index for handles, display names, and post text.
Semantic retrieval via KEVP for paraphrase and cross-language recall.
Trust modulation via KTSP — low-trust Nodes may rank lower without public labeling.

3. Caching

Hot queries pass through KCCP with shorter TTL classes than feed surfaces. Cache keys and invalidation graphs are operational detail withheld.

Disclosure Line

This charter publishes the contractual behavior, guarantees, and governance boundaries of the protocol. It does not publish anti-abuse scoring internals, exploit-sensitive thresholds, or operational topology details that materially improve adversarial optimization against the Network.
