PUBLIC PROTOCOL CHARTER

1. Charter

We maintain KSGP as the authoritative representation of social proximity on the Network. The Organization records explicit graph events — follows, blocks, mutes, and qualified interactions — as durable facts. We do not infer undisclosed relationships beyond published edge types.

2. Edge Types

  • Follow edges— directional; the viewer opts into another Node's public corpus.
  • Block edges — hard exclusion from graph-derived surfaces for both parties where policy requires.
  • Interaction edges — decaying weights from likes, replies, dwell, and messaging initiation metadata (never plaintext).

3. Consumption

KCAP consumes graph slices for Following and For You. KDRP uses graph only for integrity exclusions, not primary ranking. KBDP may ingest velocity anomalies on edge creation as non-public signals.

4. Retention & Minimization

Interaction weights decay by design. Historical graph state required for abuse investigations is retained under published legal instruments; raw event payloads are minimized at ingest.

Disclosure Line

This charter publishes the contractual behavior, guarantees, and governance boundaries of the protocol. It does not publish anti-abuse scoring internals, exploit-sensitive thresholds, or operational topology details that materially improve adversarial optimization against the Network.
