Link safety for public posts.
KSLP evaluates outbound links in public content for phishing, malware, and deceptive destinations. Link risk levels may suppress preview cards, block navigation, or reduce ranking eligibility via KCAP policy modifiers.
KSLP analyzes URLs extracted from public posts only. Links shared inside encrypted threads are the responsibility of clients; the relay does not decrypt to scan them.
We retain hashed URL reputation entries for recurrence detection. Full browsing history of Nodes is not constructed.
Disclosure Line
This charter publishes the contractual behavior, guarantees, and governance boundaries of the protocol. It does not publish anti-abuse scoring internals, exploit-sensitive thresholds, or operational topology details that materially improve adversarial optimization against the Network.
