Classification
PUBLIC PROTOCOL CHARTER

1. Charter

KMSP scans public text and media for policy violations — illegal content, malware cues, and community covenant breaches. KMSP operates only on public or voluntarily uploaded corpus entries, never on KSMP ciphertext.

2. Pipeline

  • Text classification at post-create ingest.
  • Image and video signals via perceptual and model-assisted review.
  • Policy state written to corpus record (`clean_post`, restricted, removed).
  • Severe outcomes may asynchronously affect KTSP.

3. Human Review

Edge classifiers route ambiguous cases to human moderators where jurisdiction and staffing permit. Moderators never receive encrypted DM plaintext through KMSP.

Disclosure Line

This charter publishes the contractual behavior, guarantees, and governance boundaries of the protocol. It does not publish anti-abuse scoring internals, exploit-sensitive thresholds, or operational topology details that materially improve adversarial optimization against the Network.
